By downloading, accessing, or using the Wilder Seasons mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Wilder Seasons provides personalized daily activity plans for families with children. The service includes both free and premium subscription features.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's app store account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Wilder Seasons and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilder Seasons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
The App provides activity suggestions only. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children during activities and ensuring activities are appropriate and safe for their children.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
